Michael Douglas death rumors not true
Michael Douglas has recently completed a grueling course of chemotherapy and radiotherapy on a stage 4 cancer tumor in his throat but he is now looking forward to tasting a glass of wine.
‘A lot of my energy has gone and I have increased soreness in my mouth. But overall I feel good. And I’m looking forward to enjoying a good glass of wine when I get my tasted buds back again.’ Douglas said.
Allen Burry, a representative for Michael Douglas has spoke out against reports the cancer-fighting actor has just three months to live, branding the rumors “really disgusting.”
Burry says that Douglas is far from dying, has not changed his will and is not saying goodbye to loved ones.
Douglas was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer during the summer. Although any stage 4 cancers are highly dangerous, his doctors say his prognosis is positive. However, he may not make anymore films.
Instead, Michael reportedly wants to spend as much time with his family, wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and their two children, Dylan, 10, and Carys, seven, as he can.
Douglas is still visiting his son Cameron in prison, despite his current ill health.
Cameron, 31, was sentenced in April to five years in prison for heroin possession and conspiracy to sell crystal meth and cocaine. Michael Douglas called the punishment “adequate” at the time.
Yet the three-hour trip from New York to Lewisburg, PA, is said to be exhausting the star of what energy he has left following the intensive cancer treatment.
Why are people dying needlessly from Cancer, when there IS a cure. There are healing properties in pure hemp oil that we are not allowed to access because if we did, big pharmasuedical companies would not make the billions of dollars that they do from making synthetic drugs. The money they make is more important to the powers that be, than saving lives. We, the people, have donated billions of dollars for cancer research over the years, and we are still be treated with Chemotherapy, which kills, but then, so do the many prescription drugs that are legal, but take more lives each year. Our governments know that there are pain killing, and other benefits, in the marijuana plant, but the only way that we can obtain this, is by smoking it…..how primitive is that! There are so many beneficial properties to the marijuana plant, if taken in the oil that can be derived from this plant, that so many people are being denied, all in the name of GREED…..GREED is what is making our world a place to be feared. This “drug” has not even one per cent of the side effects that prescription drugs used to treat cancer have. Our money for cancer research is given to universities to find a cure for cancer, and we all know that research in universities is controlled by Pharmasceudical companies, and therefore, forget about the cure…..
I read a lot of alternative health information, and I am against most of the radiation and chemo. But claiming that Michael Douglas can be cured with Hemp, is giving false hope. If you know this for a fact, then give the protocol. Say, “do exactly this and you will be cured”. I want Hemp to work, but sadly, I don’t think it will help Michael.
i know what you mean about pharmasuedical companies making billions by giving us posions when there are better alternatives. Many many women are screwed up by taking synthetic hormones, and even the doctors are not aware of the harmful effects and they are not even aware of the alternative natural hormones available. only a small percentage of the doctors are real doctors, who are really concern with human’s health. majority only follows what were taught in medical school. i don’t blame them, it is not their fault that they are ignorant, but i feel very very insecured, i feel that i need to be smart enough to find out everything myself, i feel i cannot trust the “professionals” anymore. as for cancer, i believe prevention is better than cure, we have to start as early as possible to find this alternative methods to prevent it. i also believe in healing properties of many amazing herbs and plants, but i think they work best before you get the cancer. prevention is the key thing.
